Mt. Emma
E Slopes - Class 3
We started hiking on the Governor Basin Road just above the creek crossing around 11,200. In the interest of cutting out road miles we busted up a steep hill and met back up with the road just above treeline. Our day covered 5.5 miles and 3200 vertical in 5 hours 45 minutes with 90 minutes of gorgeous summit time. The class 3 scrambling to the summit was solid and fun.
